WELCOME, First Step Students!
This website is an important part of this course, so please become familiar with it. This course covers:
- Computer concepts and the Internet
- Windows XP
- Email (web-based and Outlook)
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Intro to QuickBooks Pro
- Application of these skills in a variety of office settings through hands-on, real-world examples and assignments
I want this course to be a good learning experience for all of you. And I want to help you reach your career & education goals. So, if you do not understand something, ask and I will help. Or, if something is too easy and you want more of a challenge, ask and I will give you a more advanced project.
